Measure your dog’s chest girth at the widest point, just behind the front legs. This is the key measurement when selecting the right size. If you're unsure between two sizes, opt for the larger size for extra comfort.

Shipping Policy

As soon as Pet Party receives your payment, we will start processing your order.

- For standard products from our own warehouse, orders placed during weekdays before 20:00 will be shipped the same day. This usually means delivery the next day.

- For personalized products, it may take up to 48 hours, but we also strive to ship these on the same day.

Shipping costs are charged for each order:
 Netherlands: €5.95 per order | Free shipping for orders over €60.00
Belgium/Germany: €6.95 per order | Free shipping for orders over €60.00

Returns

Of course, we hope that you (and your pet) will be happy with your order. However, it may happen that a product is not exactly what you expected.

No worries, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. The shipping costs for returns are at your expense.

Returns are only possible if the product is unused and in the original packaging.

If you want to return something, please fill out the contact form as completely as possible, and we will get back to you as soon as possible for further processing.

Shipping within the Netherlands is free for orders over €60.00. Ordering for less? Then we charge a flat shipping fee of €5.95.
Shipping to Belgium/Germany is free for orders over €60.00. Below this amount, we charge €6.95 in shipping costs.

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Please refer to our return conditions for more information. Except for personalized products, which cannot be exchanged (unless there is a production error), as they are customized especially for you.

4. Can I pay for my order later?

Yes, at Pet Party you can choose from various secure payment methods, including iDEAL, credit card, and pay later via Klarna.

5. How do I know if a product is in stock?

The current stock status is always stated with each product. If it is not in stock or has a longer delivery time, you will see this directly on the product page.

We do our best! Therefore, we choose sustainable brands and materials where possible. Not every product is fully sustainable yet, but we continually strive to curate our range more consciously.
