How fast will my order be delivered?
Orders placed before 20:00 are shipped the same day. Personalized products may take up to 24 hours.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping to the Netherlands/Belgium/Germany is free for orders over €60. For lower amounts, a fixed shipping rate of €5.95 applies. Shipping to all other countries is free from €80, otherwise €6.95.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. See our return policy for more information. Except for personalized products, which are not returnable unless due to a production error as they are customized especially for you.
Can I pay for my order later?
Yes, at Pet Party, you can choose from various secure payment methods, including iDEAL, credit card, and post-payment via Klarna.
How do I know if a product is in stock?
The current stock status is always displayed with each product. If it is not in stock or has a longer delivery time, you will see this directly on the product page.
Are your products sustainable?
We do our best! We choose sustainable brands and materials wherever possible. Not every product is fully sustainable yet, but we are consciously expanding our assortment.
For which animals is Pet Party intended?
We focus on dogs and cats of all ages and sizes. We may expand in the future!
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email.
How does the Pet Party rewards program work?
With each order, you automatically earn points. You can redeem these points for a discount on your next purchase. Click on the "Points" button in the bottom right to create an account and start saving.
